Jack McCallum
founded HR Balance LLC with the sole purpose
of providing human resource management
services for small-to-medium sized
businesses who either didn't have HR support
or who had HR staff but required enhancement
services. However, the organization's
role in the business community soon expanded
to include general management, leadership, and training
services.
With undergraduate degrees in
English, Communications, and Business
Management, Jack also has MBAs in Human
Resources Management and Organizational
Development. She is currently working
on her Ph.D. in Applied Management and
Decision Sciences with a focus on Leadership and
Organizational Change. She is also
certified by the Human Resources
Certification Institute (HRCI) as a Senior
Professional in Human Resources (SPHR).
Jack's experience in
management roles stretch from for-profit to
non-profit organizations, and includes a
variety of industries. Her leadership
experience, coupled with her experience as a
trainer and
educator, have provided Jack with
opportunities to favorably influence the way
management approaches business success.
When not consulting, Jack provides
continuing education opportunities through
workshops, seminars, and on-site training. She
also teaches human resources,
ethics, leadership, and management at
several colleges and universities, and has
been called upon to share her expertise for
magazine and newspaper articles, as well as
guest appearances on radio. |
